Doc Art Festival 2010

Sun 4 July, 12 noon, AMA House St Leonards

In a challenge to doctors to creatively interpret ‘life’s journey’ (this year’s festival theme), Doc Art Festival 2010 received entries from all over Australia that proved beyond doubt there are some seriously talented doctors out there!

So come along and meet the finalists in the 5 categories of visual art, photography, performing, writing and film. Finalist doctors will be doing a Show and Tell of their work, some will be flying from interstate (Queensland, South Australia). In each category, they will be vying for 2 awards: Judge’s Award and People’s Choice Award. In addition, we present a SPECIAL FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHT for 2010 by featuring 3 extraordinary festival films that have been invited to screen (out-of-competition) to showcase four doctors who have made provocative entertaining films.
